Neutrino 2020: Theory Outlook

I present a personal vision of what is essential in the field neutrino mass, both from point view has been achieved and could lie ahead. In process, offer logical, theoretical phenomenological rationale behind my opinions. It however neither summary was discussed conference nor party-line viewpoint, rather an attempt to dig through enormous body material our order uncover common unifying thread. The main focus on search for predictive self-contained theory origin nature with conclusion that left–right symmetric model plays special role this aspect.
